CHECK-OUT TIME
Our check-out time is 10am. If you are departing early in the morning please advise Reception before 7.00pm the night prior so that arrangements for returning of the key and settling of the account can be made prior to departure. Should you wish to extend your stay please inform Reception as soon as possible. Please ensure all windows and doors are locked.
HAIR DRYERS
Hairdryers are located in the bathroom cupboard or alternatively available at Reception.
SMOKING
All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside your room. An ashtray is located in the kitchen cupboard. If you are found to be smoking in the room, a cleaning fee of $700 will be charged.
MAINTENANCE
If you experience any problems with fixtures/fittings/utensils/electrical goods in your room during your stay please notify Reception.
OFFICE FACILITIES
Photocopying and scanning services are available at Reception. Charges apply.
HOUSEKEEPING
Rooms are serviced daily Monday to Friday by our Housekeeping team. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please follow the instructions on the back of the door. No housekeeping service on weekends.
GUEST SUPPLIES
A selection of supplies are provided complimentary for your enjoyment. Milk is located in the fridge. If you run out of supplies please see our friendly Reception staff during office hours.
GUEST LAUNDRY
Located at the rear of the property (opposite rooms 225 & 226). Washing powder sachets can be purchased from Reception. An iron and an ironing board are located in your room and also in the Guest Laundry. The use of washing machines and dryers is complimentary.
TELEVISION
The motel offers free-to-air television and a complimentary selection of Foxtel channels.
SECURITY
It is recommended that guests remove any valuables from vehicles. The View on Hannans does not take responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles parked on premises.
LOST KEYS
An additional charge of $50 will be added to your account if keys are lost or not returned upon departure.

Health regulations DO NOT ALLOW pets inside the rooms. Registered guide dogs are the only exception.

Dine in or takeaway buffet food available. Crib lunches and continental breakfast packs are available to pre-order (during restaurant hours).

THINGS TO SEE
SUPER PIT LOOK OUT
Located off Goldfields Hwy, the public lookout is open 7.00am to 9.00pm daily and allows you to take a look at this enormous mining operation in action. Blasting occurs regularly, for the most up to date information telephone the public inquiry line on +61 8 9022 1100 or contact the Kalgoorlie Goldfields Visitor Centre on (08) 9021 1966.
MUSEUM OF THE GOLDFIELDS
Entry by donation. Opening Hours: Daily 10:00am - 4:30pm. Closed on public holidays.
PADDY HANNAN STATUE
A familiar site to visitors of Kalgoorlie is the bronze commemorative statue of Paddy Hannan. Standing proudly in the main street of the gold mining town, you will be able to photograph the statue and then visit the original statue in the town hall.
THE HANNANS NORTH TOURIST MINE
The history of the mineshaft at Hannans North and its evolution into a tourist mine began in the early days of Kalgoorlie’s gold rush and continues today. 1.5km from the top end of Hannan Street.

BOULDER MARKET DAY
Held on the 3rd Sunday of every month from 9am - 1pm on Burt Street. Has stalls that include crafts, displays, food stalls and various entertainment. Also has free super pit tours and boulder town hall tours.
NULLARBOR LINKS – THE WORLD’S LONGEST GOLF COURSE
The Nullabor Links concept is unique. The 18-hole par 72 golf course spans 1,365 kilometers with one hole in each participating town or roadhouse along the Eyre Highway, from Kalgoorlie in Western Australia to Ceduna in South Australia.
