Exciting News from The View on Hannans

We are delighted to share some wonderful news with our guests and the wider Kalgoorlie-Boulder community. A long-held vision is becoming reality, and it marks an exciting new chapter for our Hannans family.
Our owner, Rita Brooks, is bringing a dream nearly 30 years in the making to life with plans now underway for a brand new sister property, The Kalgoorlie Airport Hotel. After owning the land for decades, Rita is thrilled to see construction finally moving forward on a project close to her heart.
This new four-star hotel will be the first newly built hotel in Kalgoorlie-Boulder in recent decades. Designed to meet the needs of modern travellers, it will feature contemporary accommodation, an on-site restaurant, function spaces and a gym. Located near the airport, the hotel will support growing demand from FIFO workers, health and education professionals, tourists and long-term visitors.
Beyond accommodation, the development is focused on giving back to the community. The project will support local contractors and services throughout construction and will help strengthen events, tourism and future growth across our town.
